Rod Bramblett will enter his ninth season this fall as the lead announcer for Auburn football and men’s basketball and his 20^th season as the lead announcer for Auburn baseball. Bramblett was honored in May as the 2010 Alabama Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.

Bramblett serves as the Director of Broadcast Services for the Auburn Sports Network where he directs affiliate relations efforts with its 70-plus radio stations and oversees the activities in the Network’s state-of-the-art production studio. Bramblett also serves as the host for the weekly Auburn coaches’ radio show, Tiger Talk, as well as host for the Auburn Football and Basketball Review television shows.

Bramblett, a native of Valley, is a 1988 graduate of Auburn University. Bramblett became the voice of Auburn baseball in 1993 and the host of Tiger Talk in 1998. Bramblett replaced the legendary Jim Fyffe as voice of the Auburn Tigers in 2003.
