Private School Player of Week

Thomas Stokes from Catholic Preparatory School has been named the Private School Player of the Week for games of September 12. Thomas, a senior running back, rushed for 185 yards on 15 carries in Catholic's 21-14 losing effort to Saint James. Thomas tied a state record with a 99 yard run from scrimmage. 

Catholic, coached by Gregg Baker, is 1-2 on the season and hosts Ashford on Friday.
